Cisco needed to target the SMB market without seeming too big for their needs. For the first time ever, banners with a live videocast of their Chief Security Officer answering questions from users in real time, placed in 3rd party financial sites, produced a bespoke one-to-one dialogue with a mass audience. The success of the initiative led to an European and US rollout.
